54 Pandan Road Pte. Ltd. is putting its commercial rooftop to work. This solar installation converts available roof area into an on-site renewable energy asset that generates power right where it is used.

Spread across multiple sections of the property's blue metal roof, the photovoltaic array delivers on-site electricity generation while making productive use of space that would otherwise go unused.

THE REQUIREMENT

Generating Solar Power Without Disrupting Operations

The project called for a rooftop solar layout fitted to the property's existing roof geometry and spread across several installation areas, all on an active industrial site.

The design had to capture as much of the available rooftop as possible while leaving clear, practical access around the array for ongoing inspection and maintenance.

A System Built to Fit the Roof, Not the Other Way Round

We arranged the solar modules across the most suitable roof sections, making the most of the usable installation area while working around the property's existing roof structure.

The finished array forms a substantial on-site solar generation surface, putting the commercial facility's rooftop to productive use.
