PROJECT OVERVIEW
From Idle Roof to Clean Energy Powerhouse
At Feng Sheng Metal Works Pte. Ltd., a rooftop that once sat unused is now a working asset. A commercial solar installation has turned the property's roof into an on-site renewable energy source that pays its way every day.
Spread across multiple sections of the blue metal roof, the photovoltaic array generates electricity right where it is used. Every available square metre is put to productive work, turning overhead space into clean power for the business.

THE REQUIREMENT
           Every Roof Tells a Different Story. Ours Had to Make Every Square Metre Count         
           No two roofs are alike, and this one came with its own existing geometry and several installation zones to work around. The real challenge was fitting the solar array around the building as it stands, without disrupting how the facility runs day to day.         
           The goal was to capture as much of the available rooftop as possible while keeping clear, safe paths for inspection and maintenance. That balance keeps the system easy to care for over its entire lifetime.         
THE SOLUTION
           No Roof Section Left Idle: Every Inch Now Generating Power         
           Solar modules were laid out across every suitable roof section, turning space that could have sat idle into productive generating capacity. The layout is tailored to the property's existing roof structure, so the installation works with the building rather than against it.         
           The finished array gives the commercial facility a substantial solar generation surface right on site, putting its own rooftop to work every day.
