Commercial Rooftop Solar Installation
📍4 Senoko Crescent, Singapore 189352
TEHC International Pte. Ltd. is putting its commercial rooftop to work, turning unused roof area into an on-site renewable energy asset that generates power exactly where it's consumed.
Spread across multiple sections of the blue metal roof, the photovoltaic array produces clean electricity on-site and transforms space that once sat empty into a productive, value-generating asset.

Before Installation

Completed Solar Installation
The completed installation makes productive use of the available rooftop area while retaining the access routes required for inspection and ongoing maintenance.
The challenge: fit a rooftop solar layout to the property's existing roof geometry, spread it across several installation areas, and deliver it while the industrial site stayed fully operational.
The goal: capture as much usable rooftop as possible, while leaving clear, practical access around the array for inspection and maintenance.

We mapped the roof and placed modules where they perform best—maximising every usable square metre while working seamlessly around the existing structure and constraints.
The result is a substantial on‑site generation surface that puts the rooftop to work—turning once‑idle space into dependable, clean energy for the facility.
Solar installed on both the metal roof and the RC roof at 54 Pandan Road.
Panels laid low across the metal roof sections to make efficient use of the available area.
Upright, elevated panel frames installed on the reinforced concrete roof.
Clear access routes kept around the arrays for inspection and maintenance, delivering on-site renewable electricity for the commercial and industrial property.
