YONGSHENG E&C Pte. Ltd. is turning a commercial rooftop from wasted space into a working asset. This solar installation converts available roof area into an on-site renewable energy source that generates power right where it is used.

Across multiple sections of the property's blue metal roof, the photovoltaic array puts previously unused space to work, producing clean electricity on-site and turning overlooked square footage into a source of lasting value.

THE REQUIREMENT

Power Up Without Slowing Down the Business

This was a challenge with no room for error: fit a rooftop solar array to the property's existing roof geometry, spread across several installation areas, on a fully active industrial site.

The brief was clear: capture as much of the available roof as possible for maximum generation, deliver with zero disruption, and leave full, practical access for ongoing inspection and maintenance.

We mapped every usable section of the roof and placed the solar modules exactly where they perform best, working around the existing structure to get the most out of the available installation area.
